Delete your Prospectour account
You can delete your Prospectour account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Prospectour and go to Profile → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted straight away.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the request against your account email and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted
Your account and the personal data tied to it, including:
- your email address and login credentials;
- your in-game balances (nuggets and gems);
- the map squares you have claimed;
- your referral connections; and
- your most recent location fix.
What we keep, and why
For legal and accounting reasons we retain a pseudonymised record of any purchases for about 6 years (UK accounting requirements), and brief security logs for about 180 days. These no longer identify you by account. Deletion also propagates to backups on the next backup cycle.
